The Parsian Evin Hotel is a 4 star hotel in north of Tehran with unique view of Alborz mountains and easy access to main highways of Tehran. Hotel is minutes away from Tehran`s international fair, it`s 20 minutes to the city center,15 minutes to Tajrish shopping center and 45 minutes to the International Airport (IKIA). The hotel has 150 rooms, including 4 rooms with special facilities for handicaps and fully equipped with rooms’ facilities for people with disabilities, 13 normal suites and 2 royal suites. All rooms are equipped with electronic key, electronic Control panel beside bed, safe box, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, high speed internet access, minibar, coffee/tea facilities, and Jacuzzi (royal suite), Dry sauna (royal suite).

Very clean and good behavior from staff. Unfortunately, in mid-May, the cooling system was still not operational and it was very hot until morning. In addition, several times between 12 am and 4 am, there were electrical problems that caused all the room lights to turn on for one hour without warning. Therefore, I could not get a good night's sleep.
I stayed for two nights, and every night at 4 am the corridor alarm sounded, which took about half an hour to turn off. I also saw a few hairs on the towel
