Hello, I chose this hotel after reading many reviews and I am generally satisfied with my choice. It is worth noting that the main strengths of the hotel are its location and the friendliness of the staff.

- Breakfast not available in the room - Weak bathroom quality - The room was not cleaned during our one-week stay, and linens, towels, soap and shampoo were not replenished

As I said, the location and behavior of the staff were very good, but the facilities and the condition of the furniture in the hotel are very disappointing. I have stayed in at least 5 other hotels in different cities, this hotel was the worst and I doubt that I will choose it again.

Good for cleaning, staff behaviour, and access to shopping centers and restaurants

The furniture is old and outdated, the refrigerator was completely broken, the walls are so thin that you can hear conversations from the adjacent rooms easily, the kitchen in the floor does not have proper ventilation, even on the fourth floor, the smell of food is annoying, there is no clean flask for hot water in the hotel, while even in the most basic hotels, at least a cheap electric kettle is provided in the guest room

Overall, it was good for the price.

On the first day, instead of a 4-bed room, they gave us a 3-bed room with 3 beds in the bedroom and 1 bed in the living area

Overall it was not bad but unfortunately instead of a 4-bed suite, they put a 3-bed room for us and then added another bed, but overall it was fine and its best point is its proximity to commercial and recreational centers
