Kurmanji Nomads – Bojnourd

The green and refreshing village of Baqestan which is considered as one of the immigrant attractive villages of Ferdows is a village with 4 thousand residents and has a close distant to the town center. This green village is located in the heart of desert. Kurmanji is one of the Kurdish folk languages. This village has a favorable climate and several scenic views which has turned it into one of the country and touristic regions of Ferdows, as it is accepted to be an exemplary touristic region. The green path, sky touching trees and watermills have given a spectacular view to this village. Pomegranate of Baqestan is one of the best pomegranates of the country.
