The reception staff had excellent behavior, they were very empathetic and respectful but fixing the issue took a long time.
I do not recommend it.
I can only complain about two things. First, on the first day they told me that I could not park there, but in the evening they had parked my car there. Second, the reception staff (at least one of them) was very disorganized and careless, and because of their carelessness we lost about 20 to 30 minutes for checking in
I definitely want to stay at Zohreh Hotel again in the beautiful city of Zohreh. Thank you to the very kind and polite staff of the hotel and their cool drinks upon arrival. This is my usual habit to lay a travel blanket, even in 5-star hotels because I have been to many times but in this hotel the sheets were so clean that I did not use them at all. Thank you to the hotel staff for making our trip so enjoyable.
I booked this hotel for one of the senior managers of the National Gas Company of Iran, but unfortunately on vacation I realized that the lock of room 109 was broken and it could not be opened. Although he had visited the reception several times and made a request to fix it, they did not pay attention and waited.
