The bathroom was very small, it was really difficult to take a bath, and breakfast was so crowded that we had to sit in the lobby for about half an hour to get space. Then when we went inside the table was dirty and the hot breakfast like omelette and sausage etc. was finished, but despite this the staff were very respectful and friendly.

Given that the hotel management has changed a lot of things and made fundamental changes. Also the location of the hotel is very good, you have access to all tourist places and you can also go to places and pedestrian areas with bus or taxi.
The room was not very warm, there was no suitable ventilation, the staff were dishonest, the room was dirty, even the pillows had hair on them. The breakfast was also terrible, nothing was there except cheese, butter and boiled eggs which were cold and I'm sure they were from a few days ago. We told them that the eggs were fresh but one of the staff said no, and even the oil was not available. But another staff member who had not heard this said that we had it and went to make it. When the person who had lied came he said I don't know where it is. I recommend not going to this hotel because the only person in this hotel in 6 floors of the hotel were us and another family. I hope these comments help you and the staff choose better staff.
