Broken bathroom bucket, no ventilation, broken shower, lack of breakfast notification, one side of the curtain was not attached.

The hotel is quite good, but since most of the rooms were empty during our booking time, the central heating system was turned off, which made the room very cold at night. Despite several requests, no action was taken.

Proximity to the shrine of Hazrat Masumeh
Expectations from a 4-star hotel were much higher. For example, shampoo and soap were not available initially, which we pointed out, and they eventually brought them. Although there was a tea maker on their list, they said that they didn't have one at all, and only one large bottle of mineral water was in the refrigerator.
