I used to come to Royal Hotel a lot, but after about a year since I stayed again, there have been many changes, such as the behavior of the front desk staff (middle-aged man) is not very interesting. The rooms were very dirty and full of dirt, and most importantly, there was a note left for previous guests that had not been seen by anyone. In my opinion, Royal Hotel is ruining itself with these small flaws.
Good location, nice view of the room. Suitable for the payment, but the swimming pool in the sauna is broken, open-air parking on a muddy ground, average staff interaction at the reception, medium quality food in the restaurant
Everything was great. Breakfast variety is one-star hotel level!
Unfortunately, there was a smell of waste water from the toilet in the room which I also informed support and reception but the problem could not be solved.
The ventilation of the room was not suitable
Overall good, just wish either the staff had enough information or there was a written guide for tourist visits and maps.
