Excellent reception staff, a wide variety of breakfast options, smart control of light and air conditioning in the room, and very clean hotel.
Not good at all
The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly. However, unfortunately, due to the presence of Arab guests and failure to observe basic hotel etiquette and excessive noise, including children screaming and moving around in the hallways until 4 am, I was unable to sleep. I kindly request that the hotel management separate the accommodation for Arab guests from Iranian guests.

Good, but the sink in the living area was missing
The hotel is new and very clean. It is about five minutes walk from the shrine. Parking is available with a lift and elevator. The breakfast has a good variety. Everything in the refrigerator that is not free is charged, even small bottles of water. There is a toilet. However, both the suites are Iranian and English
Not good enough considering the price they charge, should not give star rating.

Overall, it was good. However, unfortunately, the loud noises from Arab tourists were very disturbing for me
