As a hotel enthusiast, I can say that Koohestan Hotel in Birjand is the best hotel in Iran. Try it once.
Overall, I recommend it. Contrary to some reviews that said it was far and difficult to access, the hotel's location is very good and close to Amir Shah Beach, one of the tourist attractions in Koohestan Hotel. We had a pleasant stay overall.
