The price was good. It had a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, and it was clean and tidy. It was close to tourist attractions in the city, and everything needed for shopping was easily accessible. I thought it was a very suitable option.

I travel to Jahan Guest House regularly throughout the year. My room was very clean and tidy. The staff were very polite and friendly. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, the reception manager came and guided me to a parking lot near the hotel. I have never seen such an approach anywhere. Although I had booked a single room, I was given a three-person room without any additional cost. I felt safe and relaxed throughout my stay.

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness. The room smelled of cigarettes.

This time I had to book a guesthouse instead of my usual, reputable accommodation despite my reluctance. The managers of the complex were good, but the night guard was not very friendly. We were two women who returned late at night and he called and said that we should come and introduce ourselves the next day and get a letter, otherwise we would not be able to stay for another night. Although rules and regulations of guesthouses and hotels are known, they could have mentioned it more politely and without causing inconvenience. I have never faced such an experience in all the years I have traveled. If you are a woman, I suggest using this accommodation and avoid guesthouses and small accommodations. This was not a good experience. We booked a room for three nights and cancelled two of them. On the night we got our money back, but on the third night we got the refund. I really appreciate Travital's cooperation and responsiveness.
