Terrible. You should take action against hotels that operate in this way and charge people for offering services, and then refuse to refund them. This is a clear example of fraud. The water pressure was very low (the kettle's water), or it wasn't working at all in many times under the Covid conditions; we used bottled water to wash our hands. They only provide one bottle of water per day for guests at check-in, and according to the management they don't allow you to get more, even if you ask. They also didn't bring coffee to the room (with a charge) and said that you have to come and collect it yourself. 3 days later, they gave us napkins in a second plastic bag with our room number written on it... It's ridiculous and awful. And I'm sorry to say that Travital doesn't allow such hotels to exist on their powerful app; it's like letting them defraud people.
The staff were very disrespectful towards me, even though there was no towel in the room. I had to look for a towel for half a day.
It was not bad compared to the price.
The pool is in very bad condition.
Although I informed the reception about the items in the room and the lack of towels in the room, nothing was done. In general, I will not choose this hotel next time.
