The hotel was newly built, quiet and peaceful. The breakfast options were diverse. The cleanliness and hygiene were excellent.

In our opinion, the room was good and new, but the food should not be obtained from the hotel at all, otherwise, all food items are overpriced by 4-5 times
I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The hotel is actually a 4-star hotel. When you enter, you are amazed by the newness of the hotel (of course, at this price). The staff have very polite behavior, although some lack experience. We were two families and we booked two standard rooms. They took the documents and said to wait for 30 minutes until 2 o'clock, they didn't give us the room earlier. Also, they said that you can enjoy the service until an incident happens (probably because it was not a luxury hotel!). After several follow-ups, at 2:15 PM, they handed over the keys and accompanied each family by one person. They gave complete explanations. The rooms were clean and spacious. Everything was new. There was a sink in the room which was very useful. The bathroom and toilet were large. The quality of the shampoo was not good and it was not from a reputable brand. The breakfast was at 4-star level. Very little variety. A 5-star hotel should have a swimming pool, which they didn't have. The parking was good. At the end of the night, the chiller keys broke. I called the reception and they came in two minutes to fix it. The hotel is in a new area and takes about 10 minutes on foot to the entrance of the Imam Hussein (new) shrine. The area only has hotels and everything is new. Given the price, I recommend.
