Amazing view, excellent staff, easy access to tourist attractions with Castle Rowshan at 25k, Masuleh at 20k, Aram Hotel at 20k, Masal at 25, and Roustan at 30. However, I will say that despite the negative points I mentioned, if I return, I will definitely choose this hotel again because its price is reasonable. The negatives are easily overlooked😇
I'm going back again
The hotel is managed in a family way, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, the halls, stairs and lobby are clean and tidy, but the items inside the rooms are really old, the closet is broken, the mattress is too worn to be cleaned, the blankets, the television that is installed crookedly on the wall, and the curtains which have been bought for a lot of money, but they are not beautiful at all, even the walls are unpainted. This hotel is a three-star hotel that looks like my grandmother's house with white gypsum walls.
I ordered food from the hotel restaurant and was not satisfied, I did not eat it and they also admitted that it was not good. They said they would return the money and took my card details but they didn't pay
