I stayed during the busiest time (Ashura). Everything was really great. The quality and variety of breakfast were excellent. The staff was friendly. The food quality was good. There are three elevators that minimize waiting during peak hours. The swimming pool is clean, with separate areas for ladies in the mornings and gentlemen in the evenings. Overall, I recommend it
Excellent
Excellent, the staff was great
Very excellent
My room was Imperial and it had a great view of the window. The cleanliness was not complete, but we informed them and they provided us with some paper towels, but this did not satisfy us because it was not fully cleaned, the carpet in the room was old, but the room was beautiful overall everything was ok until about 2 am when I woke up due to a foul smell of sewage. I contacted them and they said they would change the room, but I refused because my child was sleeping and I didn't want to move the room, after I went to get things from one side of the room, it was already morning. So, I got woken up and couldn't sleep until morning. We told them everything we needed, but they said it would cost extra. I expected that since I stayed up all night due to the foul smell in the room, the hotel should have charged me. I didn't feel that they compensated us for it at all. Overall, for this price, it is not worth it.
I prefer to come here again next time, hopefully
We booked our return ticket around 17:00 and they allowed us to stay until 14:30, which was very good. I chose it because of the beautiful rotating restaurant but they said it was closed for events and holidays. The room was a bit dull and everything we wanted like a games room and laundry service came with an extra charge. Overall, it is a good hotel but not worth the price if you get a good discount
I came to this hotel for the second time and as always it was excellent. Thank you all
We have been using your hotel for several years but unfortunately this year the problem with an extra person and the hotel's conditions caused problems, which will not be reflected in our next visit
Good and acceptable, but compared to the previous stay everything was worse
