Qa’em Shahr (Ghaemshahr)

Ghaemshahr (Qaem shahr) is a city in Mazandaran province, 260km north of Teheran, in northern Iran. It was home to a major textile industry, which was one of the biggest companies of textile in the world, with exporting to many countries in the Middle East, Asia and Europe. Ghaemshahr has many industrial towns around and is full of different type of factories. Although the city is not famous for its beauty, it is a good base to explore the region, as most of Mazandaran and Caspian coast is very beautiful. The city is full of apartment buildings and shops and there are many beautiful natural places around the city.
