Molana Zeinedin Abubakr Taibady Tomb – Taibad
Overview
Molana Zeinedin Abubakr was one of the great mystics of his time in the 8th century AH, who died in the year 791 AH. His tomb is in the beginning of the Taibad - Khaaf Road. This tomb has been railed off for protection, and has two grey slabs of stone with inscriptions, one on the tomb and the other as a head stone. The grey stones were offered by "Khajeh Darvish" in 1030 AH. Opposite the grave site, there is a magnificent building constructed by Pir Ahmad Khaafi (minister of Shahrokh, the son of Teimoor) in 848 AH, and was erected to be utilized as a mosque and a place for prayer. To the east of this mausoleum, in the graveyard is a structure which is said to be the tomb of his father Sheikh Zeinedin Ali.
