Karoon Dam Lake – Masjed Soleiman

This dam, also known as the Shahid Abbaspour Dam, is constructed on Karoon River and located to the northeast of Masjed Soleiman. The dam is 200 m. in height and its crown is 380 m. in length. The lake forms an excellent area for water sports and tourism exploitation.
