Anjedan Village – Arak

Anjedan Village – Arak

The Anjedan Village, a district of Arak (40 km. east of Arak) is very attractive due to natural beauties, magnificant caves, hunting grounds, and historical relics.

As this village after the Mongol invasion, was the center of settlement and activities of the Esmaili sect, a few tombs belonging to the heads of this cult have been remained which are related to the Safavid era, such as the mausoleum of Shah Qarib and Shah Qalandar, which have entrance doors with beautiful adornments of holy verses of Qoran.
