Tomb of Sohrab, Son of Rostam – Sabzevar

People in Sabzevar believe that the war between Iranians and Turans had happened around Sabzevar. They also believe that the tomb of Sohrab, son of Rostam Dastan is in this city and at the current Sabzevar Municipality location. A helmet and armor have been recently discovered in this city that has been delivered to the Museum of Astan Qods Razavi and Sabzevar Municipality has placed a memorandum on it at the moment. Although many people consider the tale of Rostam and Sohrab a myth, unlike legends, myths have their roots in the history and historical events that have been transferred heart to heart and are recorded in national memories.
